Hemp Dispensaries
The phrase “hemp dispensary” is a bit of a misnomer. What you’ll actually find all around the United States are cannabis dispensaries that sell and distribute medical and recreational cannabis and CBD. (Although, we suppose that CBD is technically a hemp product.)
So, when you see phrases like “hemp flower dispensary,” “hemp oil dispensary,” or “medical hemp dispensary,” you might be seeing references to CBD or THC dispensaries.
Medical Dispensaries
With the caveat we outlined in the previous section, medical hemp dispensaries are found all over the United States. What they actually dispense are different varieties of THC and CBD. You can get the cannabis flower in its raw form, hash, hash oil, vape products, edibles, supplements, and more.
Before you attend a medical dispensary you should familiarize yourself with the laws and regulations surrounding hemp dispensaries in your state. They differ widely from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
Flower and Oil Dispensaries
“Hemp oil dispensaries” and “hemp flower dispensaries” are really just cannabis dispensaries. They come in medical and recreational forms, with different rules and regulations regarding who can make use of each. Those rules also vary from state to state, so check your local legislation before you walk on down to your nearest dispensary.
