This establishment intends to serve Florida's medical cannabis patients more effectively, especially those in Santa Rosa and Escambia counties across the Interstate 10 corridor. The Pace facility boasts a modern reception area and dedicated parking spaces.

"We consistently seek opportunities to better serve medical cannabis patients with convenient locations, great customer service experiences and a broad selection of top-quality products," said Trulieve's CEO Kim Rivers, per the release. "Trulieve is thrilled to bring a new dispensary to the Pace community."

Per the release, the grand opening event took place on September 15, featuring partner giveaways, musical entertainment, discounts, and more.

Trulieve's offering also encompassed a 60% discount for first-time visitors and a 20% discount for veterans showing their military ID.

The portfolio features in-house brands like Alchemy, Modern Flower, Momenta, and others, alongside exclusive partner brands such as Alien Labs, Binske, and Khalifa Kush.

Legal Challenges in Arizona

The new opening is against some legal issues for the company. According to a KJZZ report, in a contrasting scenario, Trulieve confronts legal issues in Arizona.

The company, also known as Harvest in the state, has filed a lawsuit in Maricopa County Superior Court against former employees and suppliers.

The allegations center around a purported kickback scheme involving employees colluding with suppliers to inflate product prices and then pocketing the difference.

Furthermore, they supposedly charged suppliers consulting fees in return for product purchase commitments by Trulieve.
