"Jackets for Joints" Returns
Madison Heights, MI--Michigan's Puff Cannabis Company and Jeeter, a Dreamfields Brand, reprise their "Jackets for Joints" promotion, a charitable endeavor to provide winter coats for children aged 3 to 12.
This campaign, running from December 5th to 22nd, encourages customers to donate new coats at any Puff Cannabis location across Michigan.
How to Participate
Per a news release, customers can join the effort by donating new, tagged coats or jackets at Puff Cannabis stores located in Madison Heights, Hamtramck, Utica, River Rouge, Bay City, Oscoda, Traverse City, Sturgis, Monroe, and Kalamazoo.
As a token of gratitude, each donor receives a complimentary 1-gram 'Jeeter' infused pre-roll or a jar of 'Baby Jeeter' infused pre-rolls, subject to a one-per-customer limit while supplies last.
A Community-Centric Approach
Justin Elias, Founder and President of Puff Cannabis, emphasizes the brand's ongoing commitment to Michigan's communities. Following a generous Thanksgiving turkey donation, this initiative aims to ensure that Michigan's children stay warm during winter.
"In Michigan, we recognize the pressing need for warm coats and jackets when it comes to our children," Elias shared in the news release.
"We will always take the lead, not only in the Cannabis Industry, but amongst all businesses, and do our part in supporting all communities and ensuring that every child stays warm this winter," he added.
Amid Relocation
The company announced in October that it is relocating its corporate headquarters to a larger, 20,000-square-foot facility in Troy, Michigan, to accommodate its significant growth.
Founded in 2019, it has seen a revenue increase from $7.3 million in its first year to a projected excess of $150 million in 2023.
The new headquarters, located at 1017 Naughton in Troy and visible from I-75, will feature an 8,000-square-foot distribution warehouse for promotional items and will serve as the base for the Puff Cannabis Online Store.
A substantial investment of $1 million is being made to renovate this one-story building, with completion expected by January 2024. JV Design Group of Bloomfield Hills has been commissioned for the renovation project, symbolizing the company's commitment to growth and innovation in the cannabis industry.
What We Think
Puff Cannabis's "Jackets for Joints" initiative shows the power of socially responsible businesses in addressing community needs.
Using their platform and customer base, Puff Cannabis and Jeeter reinforce their commitment to Michigan's communities and inspire other businesses to follow suit.
Such initiatives go beyond mere corporate responsibility; they foster a sense of community solidarity, particularly during the holiday season.
As this campaign warms the bodies of children in need, it also warms the hearts of those who participate, creating a ripple effect of goodwill and generosity in Michigan.
