According to a PR Newswire release, Jim McMahon, an emblematic figure of the NFL, has aligned with Revenant to introduce the MAC 9 brand in Illinois.

For McMahon, this venture is deeply personal. Recounting his challenging experiences with opioids during his NFL career, McMahon noted the therapeutic potential of cannabis.

“Having personally transitioned from 100 Percocets a month to using Mac 9 pre-rolls, I haven't touched an opioid since,” stated McMahon, per the release.

“Our mission with Revenant is to share this transformative path with the world, offering a natural alternative that prioritizes well-being because we've experienced the profound difference it can make," he added.

The release noted that the brand launch is supplemented with the Revenant Dispensary Launch Tour, where fans can personally meet McMahon and familiarize themselves with the MAC 9 range.

The first 100 customers at each dispensary event will also be gifted a Mac-9 mini football, available for McMahon's signature.

Revenant’s Missouri Milestone

A few months ago, the company announced that it has been gaining traction in Missouri parallel to its Illinois introduction due to its Heaterz-infused pre-rolls.

According to a Yahoo! Finance report, after an exclusive launch at SWADE Marijuana Dispensary locations, Heaterz has won over discerning cannabis aficionados, stamping Revenant's supremacy in the infused pre-roll segment.

The report noted that Revenant’s fruitful collaboration with BeLeaf Medical has been pivotal in the brand's ascendancy.

Revenant leverages BeLeaf Medical's manufacturing prowess through this partnership, ensuring Heaterz remains the epitome of quality and reliability.

Owing to the surging demand, Heaterz is expanding its footprint across Missouri, available at multiple esteemed dispensaries.

NFL veteran and co-founder of Revenant Holdings, Kyle Turley, emphasized the company’s ambition.

"We've got a great partnership with BeLeaf," said Turley, per the report. "The goal, for us personally, is to ultimately replicate our brand in every state, getting tissue cultures to all of these cultivators and having certain strains be represented under our brand."
