San Diego, CA--Jack in the Box has announced the return of its popular Pineapple Express Shake and the introduction of new Pineapple Express menu items ahead of the 4/20 holiday. The brand is also deploying Jack's Edible Assortment food trucks in Los Angeles, San Diego, and San Francisco, partnering with Weedmaps to help customers find their nearest location.

The Pineapple Express Family includes:
- The return of the Pineapple Express Shake, available for a limited-time price of $4.20 from 4/20-4/24, online or via the Jack app.
- New Pineapple Express Red Bull® Infusions, a pineapple and passion fruit-infused iced beverage made with Red Bull® Yellow Edition.
- The Pineapple Express Chicken Sandwich, available for a limited time at select locations in Los Angeles, Salt Lake City, and Las Vegas, features a crispy chicken filet, Smokey Pineapple BBQ Sauce, fire-roasted pineapple, and hickory-smoked bacon on a pineapple-infused Hawaiian bun.
Customers can also purchase limited-edition Pineapple Express Air Fresheners for $2, with proceeds going to the Jack Foundation.
According to Jack in the Box Inc., the company’s partnership with Weedmaps, the cannabis marketplace, will see the platform's landing page highlighting the Pineapple Express Shake and providing details on when, where, and how to get it. From 4/16 - 4/24, the Weedmaps landing page will also show fans the closest Edible Assortment food truck near them, with each truck giving out free Edible Assortments to the first 100 people.
