As Europe's cannabis markets continue to liberalize, the appointments of these two experienced consumer product professionals strengthen MJ's leadership team.
MJ's advanced cultivation and manufacturing facility in Breitenbach, Switzerland, operates at a cashflow-positive level and provides a highly competitive platform for producing top-quality branded products with a variety of terpene and cannabis profiles.
Afrim Saliu, the entrepreneurial leader behind MJ's development, praised the new additions, highlighting Uesluek's proven ability to drive sustainable growth and build high-performing teams.
Both Uesluek and Tepr embody a commitment to customers and inspire trust in partners, which will define the Marry Jane brand.
Uesluek brings experience from Whacky Food Company, a Munich-based superfood start-up he founded, and senior leadership roles with Logitech and Coca-Cola.
Tepr previously held the position of Senior Sales Director for EMEA at Juul, building on a career that included multiple roles with Philip Morris.
Henricus J. Stander III, a Board of Directors of Essence member, expressed excitement at assembling such a strong leadership team.
He praised the achievements of the MJ team, led by Afrim Saliu and his brother Kujtim Saliu, as outstanding talents in the global cannabis industry.
